I’m still not giving up wheat or dairy very well. Today I had Frosted Mini Wheats for breakfast, a salad for lunch, cheddar cheese for a snack, grilled tuna with cream tomato soup for dinner, and two brownies at midnight. And a kombucha. And a cup of coffee.
I purged a few more things today:
- A pair of shoes that didn’t fit very well.
- A desk tray that has no place to go.
- Outdated reference materials (phone books and benefits catalogs from 2012)
I rearranged our home office and consolidated supplies. I removed a bookcase and did some dusting and cleaning. It looks better.
