Day 79

Lots to do! Work is keeping me very busy. At the end of the day I go to the gym, and my workouts have been good. The last few days I have been doing my physical therapy exercises for my legs and for my shoulder, and I am excited about how that will improve my ability to lift harder and run faster in the future.

Scheduling is making it hard to take my meds. I’m not sure how I’m going to change that, but I am going to work at it so that next week I will be in a good routine. Also, getting all my meals in is still being an issue. Today I got in 1400 cal. Finally!

In a good place all day. I like it when life is on an even keel.
